Returns / Exchanges
Within 7 days of your order being delivered, you can exchange the product ordered for a different size of the exact same product, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email info@larose.co.za with your name and surname as reference.
- No exchanges after the 7-day period.
- Customers cover return postage.
- Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free from perfumes.
- No exchanges on sale items.
- Store credit will be loaded, minus courier fees.
- Once the returned item is received, store credit will be emailed to the customer.
