Shipping

Courier delivery is available within South Africa at a flat fee of R150. Delivery is free on orders over R1500, excluding artwork. Collection is available from the Cape Connection Lifestyle Village shop.

International delivery is not standardised for online checkout. Customers outside South Africa can email info@larose.co.za for assistance.

Returns / Exchanges

Within 7 days of your order being delivered, you can exchange the product ordered for a different size of the exact same product, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email info@larose.co.za with your name and surname as reference. Customers cover return postage. No exchanges are available on sale items.

Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free from perfumes. Store credit will be loaded, minus courier fees, and emailed once the returned item is received.
